Our Speaker will be new Stat Rep. Michael Lankford, District 75

Although we will always miss our friend and Associate member Jeff Burkhart, it’s time to meet our new representative for District 75, former county commissioner Michael Lankford.

A graduate of Clarksville High, APSU and UT Martin, Lankford served on the Montgomery County Commission from 2022-2025. He’s also been involved with the Queen City Masonic Lodge, the Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, and Central Civitan. He’s had a career in commercial banking here in Montgomery County.

Due to the short time frame, Michael was appointed to fill Jeff’s seat for this legislative session, but has taken out papers to run for this seat in the net election cycle.

Let’s welcome Representative Lankford to RRRW!
