Loren Spivack, called the “Free Market Warrior”, spent most of his adult life in NYC. Spivack worked for several non-profit organizations and as a management consultant. He founded the “Free Market Warrior” in 2009 to make a positive difference in American politics and economics. As the author of The New Democrat, he provides a parody of the Obama administration and transforms the political personalities of our times into cartoon characters in a conservative morality play.
Mr. Spivack has given seminars about the economic literacy of the Free Market Warrior and explains how a free society cannot survive unless the people understand what is going on. He has committed himself to helping an entire generation of Americans learn and understand how economics works. Spivack has amassed a great deal of relevant and vital knowledge of economic systems and how they relate to governments and citizens. To date, Loren Spivack has delivered his famous seminar to over 200 groups in 17 states. The seminar in Clarksville will be Spivack’s first seminar in Tennessee.

Our speaker this month is Tennessee Federation of Republican Women’s President, Linda D. Buckles. She serves as TN GOP State Executive Committeewoman on the Bylaws and Administrative Committees and the Sullivan County Republican Party Executive Board. Linda served as the Greater Kingsport Republican Women’s President three terms, TRFW Area 1 VP two terms, Chairman of the TFRW Convention, Logistics Chairman for many major Republican Events, Former Chairman of the Sullivan County Headquarters, NFRW Regent, NFRW Membership committee and participated in the last three RNC Conventions.
Linda is known for consistently working hard over the past three decades recruiting and campaigning to expand the East TN GOP Delegation. Originally from Oak Ridge, Tennessee she earned her B.S. Degree at East Tennessee State University and her masters at nearby Appalachian State University. She worked as a school teacher and has served her community in various volunteer and leadership positions, too numerous for the space allotted! She has also served her community extensively in her work as a leader, Elder, and Deacon at Kingsport’s First Presbyterian Church, including service as President of their Childcare Center Board.
She is married to her husband John, and has a daughter, Jacqueline.
